In this new blog we shall be offering tips and advice on improving health and fitness over the coming year and beyond. I felt it was important to get the first post up before the end of 2007, and it is now 31st December. My name is John by the way, and I will be attempting to improve my own health and fitness too.
We shall post articles on subjects ranging from weight loss, stopping smoking, getting fitter, general health and well being and we invite article submissions to the blog.
We shall also from time to time review some health and fitness related products and services and invite comments and feedback from users of the product. That way we may be able to evaluate and offer some sound advice on what may be worth going with and what may be best avoided. We can’t necessarily recommend every health and fitness product but will only post on those that appear honest, genuine and worthy of further consideration. We’ll see what special offers we can get and free stuff we can give away too, as long as it’s health and fitness related, obviously.
